“Our experience went really well and the results are spectacular! We initially were planning to just reface, but decided to tear out the old and create a new layout, so it ended up being a full kitchen remodel. Because we did a remodel instead of refacing, the project did take a few months from start to finish, but now that it is complete, it was worth it! We had never remodeled before, so having an experienced salesman guide us was very helpful. He narrowed down what could work best in the space we had. We were given a “decision timeline” so we didn’t have to make every choice at once, which would have been overwhelming for us. The carpenter built and installed each cabinet, the quality and customization were top grade. His craftmanship was excellent. The carpenter was easy to have in our house everyday. He was polite and we had no problem trusting him in our home. He always cleaned before he left and kept the work area contained- which was very important for us having a toddler and 2 small dogs. American Wood Reface managed the install for the backsplash, countertop, new sink, and island. We had one issue with the tiling which was handled and resolved right away. We love our kitchen and I highly recommend this company!”
